Created by the experts, inTime is an organic compilation of original compositions, based on a blend of world music with diverse percussion, string, and wind instrumentation, which accents the power of rhythm and sound frequencies. inTime was developed in the course of over 5 years by the multidisciplinary team behind The Listening Program®. The producers are occupational therapist Sheila Allen, composer and musician Nacho Arimany, and author, founder & CEO of Advanced Brain Technologies, Alex Doman.
The world music of inTime is entirely composed and played by Nacho Arimany, who brings his distinctive blending of rhythms and instrumentation, old and new, from cultures and regions across the globe. inTime's signature sound is achieved through masterful emphasis of orchestrated percussive rhythms and specified sound frequencies as the basis for a rich melodic and harmonic structure. Recordings were done in High Definition sound within natural acoustic space to capture the sound and spirit of over 100 instruments; including membranous drums from West Africa and the Middle East, clay drums from Nigeria, South India, and South America, seed instruments from Colombia and Brazil, Malian calebasses, Vietnamese wooden frogs, Peruvian/Flamenco cajons, Tibetan bowls and crotales, Indian bells, and Mexican whistles, along with cymbals, gongs, guitar, charango, harp, piano, body percussion, voice, and much more. Combined, they create the beautiful, powerful, and effective music of inTime.

How The Listening Program SLEEP Works
The technology behind The Listening Program® SLEEP is based on over 15 years of research in hearing, balance, and sleep by neuroscientist Seth Horowitz, Ph.D. It is a new approach to helping people of any age go to sleep more quickly and stay asleep longer. TLP SLEEP uses three kinds of sound that work directly on the brain in different ways.
1. Very low frequency sounds activate the vestibular system to trigger Sopite syndrome, the motion-induced sleepiness that babies experience while being rocked and that most people feel while riding as a passenger in a car or on a train.
2. Quiet "pink" noise shaped to match the sound signatures of heartbeats and breathing reduces activity in the brain's arousal centers to encourage relaxation.
3. Binaural beats — slightly different sound frequencies delivered to each ear to trigger frequency-following response between the brain's hemispheres — help the brain match the waveforms that characterize the stages of sleep.
The sleep-inducing technology embedded within the acoustically modified music created for TLP SLEEP uses all three methodologies.
Ad-hoc clinical testing has demonstrated the effectiveness of these algorithms in inducing sleep by reducing sleep latency and increasing efficiency in subjects ranging in age from 1 to 62, and has been shown to decrease sleep latency, increase sleep efficiency or both in up to 77% of people with normal binaural hearing.

The acoustically modified music programs within TLP SLEEP were composed, arranged, and recorded specifically for aiding sleep. They were created by Advanced Brain Technologies and an international team of experts, leaders in music effects research and production, psychoacoustics, and neuroscience. They include Vera Brandes, Alex Doman, Seth Horowitz, Lance Massey, Richard Lawrence, and Joshua Leeds, among others.

The Movement Program
The Movement Program is a sequence of progressive movements over a twelve-week period. Developed in collaboration between Leigh Academies Trust and Learning Solutions in the United Kingdom, it has been shown to significantly improve reading age and English results as well as balance, coordination, and the inhibition of primitive reflexes.
The Movement Program is based on many years of research which proves progress in learning outcomes is achieved by improving areas such as:

The Leigh Academies Trust has conducted extensive trials since 2003 in both Secondary and Primary Schools and found The Movement Program helps to improve learning ability, educational progress and improves GCSE examination results.
The Movement Program has been rigorously developed and evaluated, by measuring the effect of the movements with large numbers of children in both Primary and Secondary Schools. It is most suitable for children aged 8-13 years.
From 2010 onwards, The Movement Programme was developed as a collaborative project between Leigh Academies Trust and Learning Solutions, an organisation based in Yorkshire that specialises in improving learning through developmental movement and sound programmes.
The outcome of this process is a carefully constructed, progressive sequence of movements which become increasingly complex over the course of the program. They are easily accessible, fun, and therefore effective in raising educational outcomes.
A full statistical analysis was conducted and it was very evident that The Movement Program had a significant impact upon reading by comparison with the control group who had received no intervention.

Reading levels in The Movement Programme (TMP) group rose significantly* over the
6-month period compared to the control group who had no intervention
*Statistical analysis not yet published by Leigh Academy Trust shows p=0.008, a highly significant gain in the TMP group.
Balance and coordination improvements following TMP
Significant improvements in balance and coordination (p=.041) were also seen when comparing the TMP group to the control group.
Improvements in such areas as balance and coordination and a reduction in the retention of primitive reflexes are understood to be an important factor in strong reading and attention skills.
Following these strong initial results Leigh Academy were interested to see if this relatively short intervention in Year 7 would have a long-term impact upon GCSE examination results. In theory, improving basic sensory skills should improve academic performance. Using the Fisher Family Trust predictions from Year 6 they were able to compare the results of TMP and control groups as well as the 125 ‘good readers’ group who were not initially involved and had received no intervention.
Between the implementation of the 12 week program in Year 7 and the Year 11 GCSE results no other intervention was used, all students were within the same school environment and received the same teaching.
